Six months later… In a couple of hours Made, our driver, will give us a lift to the airport. Back to Germany, into the cold… Are we looking forward to it? Maybe not in terms of wind and rain, but in terms of family and friends for sure.

We have enjoyed our last days in Canggu/Bali after coming back from Nusa Lembongan a week ago (a pretty bumpy ferry trip). Daddy enjoyed the surf early in the morning, me getting a massage in the evening, and Fietje playing in the pool and on the beach in the afternoon :). 

Last Friday we went on a trip to Ubud. For sure, many things have changed there during the last 10 years. But although there are thousands of shops now, there still is this special atmosphere. I like Ubud a lot, although there are millions of tourists now. Most of the time we sat in a café watching the huzzle and buzzle. And of course we’ve also been to the market for bargaining :).

In less than 12 hours our plane will leave Bali so let’s enjoy these last hours.
